This service provides an initial evaluation of testing methods and the risk level of AI systems in accordance with the upcoming AI Act. An initial screening of an AI system will be conducted, evaluating factors such as the AI model type, use case and product domain, estimated risk level, suitable testing methods, and role-based obligations. The aim is to support informed decision-making and strategic planning for AI-based products and services, targeting compliance with the AI Act and other legal AI regulation.
How it is done
The customer provides use-case details, along with technical and functional descriptions, based on a questionnaire provided by RISE. A face-to-face or online workshop is conducted to clarify details about the AI system and its application domain, involving both RISE and the customer. Following this, a report is generated based on the risk classification analysis, containing recommendations for strategic next steps. The report may include a list of suitable testing methods and potential adaptations to reduce the risk class.
