The latest customer satisfaction survey paints a very positive picture of CitCom.ai and confirms the growing value of the TEF for SMEs, startups, public-sector organisations, and academia.
Participants came from a wide range of countries and professional backgrounds, and their feedback was consistently favourable across all areas of our work.
- Testing facilities performed strongly: physical and virtual testbeds met or exceeded expectations for 25 out of 31 respondents.
- Municipal insights and expert guidance were even more appreciated, with 26 respondents saying their expectations were largely or fully met.
- Staff performance also stood out, especially in understanding users’ needs, responsiveness, and clear communication.
CitCom.ai is clearly supporting business growth and innovation:
- 28 organisations reported that the TEF contributed moderately, strongly, or critically to validating their business models.
- 19 respondents highlighted that CitCom.ai significantly improved their ability to adapt their solutions to real municipal challenges.
- Many organisations also reported a moderate to significant acceleration of their time-to-market, thanks to TEF support.
Some clients already anticipate a positive impact on acquiring new customers.
Overall satisfaction and service satisfaction both reached around 4.40 out of 5.
These results reflect the strong trust users place in the TEF, the positive experience they report, and the growing perception of CitCom.ai as a long-term partner for innovation.
In short, the survey confirms that CitCom.ai is effectively driving both technological adoption and real business impact across Europe.
